What is Ubuntu? 
To capture the system with minimal loss of life and infrastructure by crushing the UEF's will and ability to fight. We believe that UEF citizens are vulnerable to the psychological effects of warfare. They do not have our constant experience with adversity, nor our military prowess. Initially, therefore, this conflict will be the purest form of war: direct engagement between two military forces, each targeting the other. If the UEF proves resilient and adaptable, we will begin a program of logistical degradation in order to starve them out. We will deploy significant force to the Sol theater, maintaining at least five destroyer groups in-system at all time to effect a quick resolution. In case of another Shivan outbreak, we will not compromise our perimeter or our quick-reaction forces. In the event that this strategy does not produce results within a classified timeframe, we will consider enacting the Total War protocols of the Beta Aquilae Convention.
