GTD Raynor

At nearly three kilometres long, the Raynor is one of the largest ships in the Alliance fleet. Several heavy beam cannons and long-range torpedo launchers are placed around her hull, and she is equipped with the most advanced electronics and armour technology the GTVA can afford. The GTD Orestes is a superb example of this class, serving as the flagship of the 14th battlegroup.



 GTD Titan

As a next-generation destroyer, the GTD Titan is capable of holding more fightercraft than any other Alliance vessel in service. Recent combat deployments show the Titan's capabilities as being comparable to the Hatshepshut class of destroyers. The Titan makes use of long-range torpedoes as armament to soften up enemy assets before moving into range of her main cannons. Titan destroyers are formidable and powerful tools of Terran achievement and pride.

GTCv Chimera

The mainstay escort vessel of the Alliance fleet, Chimera-class multi-role corvettes filled the role of anti-ship combat and destroyer escort admirably. Three anti-capital ship beams and several short-ranged turrets provide significant firepower with a surplus of reactor energy to provide an appreciable boost in speed. Chimera corvettes are a welcome addition to GTVA forces.

GTCv Bellerophon

The next generation of Alliance corvettes is the heavy Bellerophon class. Her abilities are similar to that of the lighter Chimera class, but more reactor power has been diverted towards weapons systems to provide an increase in firepower. The result is a slower-propulsed but better-armed variant of the Chimera chassis, with new hull plating taking advantage of breakthroughs in armour research.

GTCv Diomedes

Unlike the Chimera and Bellerophon assault corvette classes which were intended for large fleet manoeuvres where flanks were secured and overwhelming forward firepower was required, the Diomedes is a versatile strike corvette designed for independent operations. Based on the older Deimos class of corvettes, the Diomedes is effective against strikecraft and carries a respectable amount of anti-capital ship firepower. The addition of a fighterbay and fighter maintenance facilities increases the versatility of the design.



GTC Hyperion

The GTC Hyperion was developed shortly after the Second Shivan Incursion as a testbed for fusing Vasudan energy reactors with a Terran hull, preceded by the success of the Deimos corvette. The Hyperion combines the anti-fighter capabilities and speed of the Aeolus and the armor of the Leviathan. As such, the Hyperion is a formidable target for strike craft to engage. The Hyperion was the first Terran ship to mount new pulse weaponry, after successful testing on Vasudan ships. The Hyperion is rapidly filling the ranks of the GTVA, phasing out earlier cruiser models.

GTL Anemoi

Logistics vessels are the newest class of support vessels commissioned by the GTVA. These mammoth ships serve as an all-around support ship, combining freight hauling capabilities with field repair stations and medical facilities. They are an indispensable asset to long-range battlegroups that are expected to undergo long-term operations far from friendly outposts. Two of these vessels have been deployed with the Sol Expeditionary Force, the GTL Solace and the GTL Fortune.

GTF Aurora

The Aurora is a heavy reconnaisance fighter designed to replace the Loki in its intended role of scouting, interception and space superiority. The Aurora is a swift fighter and carries several advanced avionics and sensor systems to assist in the gathering of information. However, the added equipment has produced a heavy hull, limiting the combat manoeuverability of the design. Aurora fighters are currently undergoing mission trials with the 14th Battlegroup in the Sol system.

GTF Kulas

The GTF Kulas was originally a civilian design popular with pirates and law enforcement agencies within GTVA systems. After the resolution of the Second Shivan Incursion, RNI Systems refurbished the design, replacing the old reactor with one of military grade. The result is a moderately powerful light fighter, able to perform a multitude of tasks, and it has provided a welcome boost to GTVA fighter strength.
